Merlene Sanchez, Board Chairperson

Merlene Sanchez serves as the long term trusted Tribal Leader of the Guidiville Band of Pomo Indians for over 20 years. She serves as the Tribe's Chairperson and also serves as the Chairperson of the Board of Directors for Stealth, and all of the Tribe's economic development entities that are Arms of the Tribe.

Brenda Estvander, Board Treasurer

Brenda Estvander joined the Guidiville Tribal governing body and is currently serving as the Tribe's Treasurer. Brenda has a strong professional background in medical billing. Brenda has served as Treasurer for Stealth since its formation in 2016. She also serves as the Treasurer for all the Tribe's economic development entities that are arms of the Tribe.

Donald Duncan, Board Secretary

Donald Duncan serves as a long term trusted Vice Chairperson and Acting Secretary of the Guidiville Tribal government. Mr. Duncan keeps the Tribal government updated on various activities of Stealth.

Michael Derry, Division Chief

Michael Derry has been working with Tribal governments for over 30 years and has been assisting the Guidiville Tribal government for the past 20 years. Mr. Derry serves as the Division Chief coordinating the activities of the five main Business Divisions of Stealth: including Armaments; IT; Renewable Energy; and Construction.
